About Neecolaaa Yoga

Hi! My name is Nichole (they/them) and I’m the face behind NeecolaaaYoga. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 19 years and have been teaching publicly since 2021. My main focus with this work is to remain a curious and vulnerable student, so that I can continue to grow my own practice and offer sustainable practices for all of you.

My hope whenever you attend class, take a private session or come to an event with me is that you will leave feeling a bit closer to yourself. I offer practices that encourage self compassion and promote longevity for both your body and your mind.  Each practice will amplify the importance of choice through exploration, helping you not only choose what feels best for you in the moment, but also strengthen the mindbody connection and reduce the likelihood of injuries.  I want all practitioners to feel empowered during our time together and confident that they are able to adjust or pause when needed without judgement.

I hope we get the chance to practice together soon. Please don’t hesitate to reach out and say hi 💕.
